গবেষকদের মতে, পুরুষদের তুলনায় মহিলাদের যৌন চাহিদা কম নয়। বরং কখনও কখনও বেশি। কিন্তু সামাজিক রক্ষণশীলতায় মহিলারা এতদিন সেই অনুভূতিকে অবদমিত করে রাখতেন।
