রাস্তা খুঁড়তেই মিলল দুর্লভ মূর্তি,জড়িয়ে বসেছিল বিষধর সাপ! ভারতের একটি রাস্তার খুঁড়াখুড়ির কাজ চলছিল। তখনই হঠাৎ বেরিয়ে এলো একটি দুর্লভ মূর্তি। আর মূর্তিটিকে জড়িয়ে বসেছিল একটি বিষধর সাপ। ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে ভারতের মহারাষ্ট্রের বিড জেলায় অম্বেজোগইয়ে। জানা গেছে, মূর্তির গায়ে তিন ঘণ্টা সাপটি জড়িয়ে ছিল। এদিকে, এমন খবর ছড়াতেই এলাকায় মানুষ ছুটে আসেন মূর্তিটি দেখতে। এমনকি অন্য গ্রামের মানুষও আসেন। এ ব্যাপারে ডেকান কলেজের অধ্যাপক ও পুরাতত্ববিদ ড. শিন্দে জানিয়েছেন, মূর্তিটি প্রাচীন সূর্য দেবতার। এই ধরণের মূর্তি ১১ শতাব্দীর। যাদব সাম্রাজ্যের সময়কালের মূর্তি এটি। সেসময়ের মূর্তিগুলো এরকম হতো। পাশাপাশি ইতিহাসবিদরা বলছেন, সম্ভবত ১১ই শতাব্দীতে এই এলাকায় যাদব সম্প্রদায়ের মানুষ বাস করতেন। এর আগেও এই এলাকায় এরকম বেশ কয়েকটি মূর্তি পাওয়া গেছে। এদিকে, দেড় ফুটের মূর্তির মাত্র অর্ধেক অংশ পাওয়া গেছে। বাকি অর্ধেক এখনও পাওয়া যায়নি। বাকি অর্ধেক অংশকে খুঁজতে এখনও প্রচেষ্টা চালানো হচ্ছে বলে জানা গেছে। Sculpted statue mixed in the pit, the venomous snake engulfed!
